HASINI TOURS AND TRAVELS. a unit of Travel Credit Master Private Limited is focus on complete customer/consumer satisfaction, in the event of refund & cancellation, if the customer/consumer request to the site, we are displeased to honor and render the services as provided, and we will refund back the money, by provided the suitable reasons and it should be as genuine and it shall be proved after investigation. Please read the cancellation & refund policy on each deal before buying it, it shall  provide you all the details about the services, which you purchase from HASINI TOURS AND TRAVELS. .
 
In case the customers/consumers are dissatisfied from our services, the customer/consumer have the liberty to cancel their proposal and request a refund from us. Hence our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

For any cancellation, please contact us through the web-portal link of HASINI TOURS AND TRAVELS. , once you request for cancellation, it shall be received from the customers/consumers, later it shall be reviewed for TAT time of ten business days, in prior to the end of the current service period, then it will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
 
Refund Policy: -
 
We will try our level best to create the appropriate thoughts for our customers/consumers, in case any customers/consumers are not fully satisfied with our services/products, we shall bound to refund based on thorough investigation on the refund request, when found it’s a genuine.   
 
If customer/consumer paid through the credit card, here the refund shall be pay back to the same account of credit card, where the original transaction being done, at the time of purchase and made payment to us, by the payment gateway.
